Turner Securities Welcomes Sam Flint as COO.

Make it stand out

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Turner Securities Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Sam Flint as Director, marking an exciting new chapter for both Sam and the company.

After more than 17 years with Lendlease, Sam recently concluded a highly successful career with one of Australia’s leading property and infrastructure groups. During his tenure, he contributed to the delivery of some of Adelaide’s most significant and recognisable development projects, building extensive experience across commercial construction, project delivery and stakeholder management.

Sam now joins Turner Securities, a business founded by his father, Ken Flint, almost 19 years ago.

His appointment comes at a time of significant growth for Turner Securities. In recent years, the company has substantially expanded its lending portfolio and funds under management, while continuing to build a strong pipeline of property development funding opportunities.

Sam’s deep understanding of the property and construction sectors will further strengthen the company’s ability to originate, assess and manage development finance transactions.

“After more than 17 incredibly rewarding years at Lendlease, I am excited to begin this next chapter with Turner Securities,” said Sam.

“With a strong pipeline of property development funding transactions ahead, I look forward to applying my commercial construction experience to support the ongoing growth of the business and contribute to the successful delivery of projects across the portfolio.”

Sam also acknowledged the support of the Turner Securities Board, including Grant Miles, Michael Wilkins, David McArdle and Ken Flint.

Turner Securities welcomes Sam to the team and looks forward to the expertise, leadership and industry knowledge he will bring as the company continues its growth trajectory.
